Meet The Experts
Dr. Bart Silverman
Dr. Bart Silverman graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1982 Summa Cum Laude and received his doctorate in Dental Medicine in 1986 from Fairleigh Dickinson Jr. School of Dentistry, where he was a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial residency at Westchester County Medical Center in 1989 and was chief resident in his final year. He is in private practice limited to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in New City, N.Y. and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology. He currently serves as President of the American Board of Oral Implantology/ Implant Dentistry. He has been lecturing nationally and internationally in the field of implant dentistry for over 25 years. Dr. Silverman worked and managed an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery office in New City, NY for over 33 years. He served as an attending Physician at Westchester County Medical Center, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and a Clinical Associate Professor at New York Medical College for over 30 years. He is also an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor Roseman School of Dentistry. Director of Roseman University Salt Lake City Maxicourse in Implant Dentistry, Director BWS Dental Seminars, and the Co-editor of a new textbook in Implantology entitled Modern Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Chris Epperson
Dr. Chris has been happily married since 2005 to his patient rockstar wife, Cami, andthey have three children–two boys and a girl. Dr. Epperson’s hobbies include beingoutdoors with his family, Texas BBQ, and‘anything with a motor,especially classicvehicles and motorcycles.“Providing my patients with full mouth rehabilitation andcustom smiles is the most rewarding part of my job. It’s what my life calling was meantto be.”Regarding his educational background, Dr. Epperson earnedhis Doctor ofDental Medicine degree from A.T. Still University (Arizona School of Dentistry and OralHealth) in Mesa, Arizona. He also completed expanded courses in comprehensivetraining in implant dentistry.
Dr. Richard Miron
Dr. Richard Miron is currently lead educator and researcher at Advanced PRF Education and an Adjunct Visiting Faculty in the department of Periodontology in Bern, Switzerland where he completed his PhD studies since 2009. He has currently published over 300 peer-reviewed articles and lectures internationally on many topics relating to growth factors, bone biomaterials and guided bone regeneration. For the past 5 years, Dr. Miron has been recognized by Dentistry Today as being one of the top 100 CE providers in the country and the youngest to ever make the list. He is also the top ranked researcher on Platelet-Rich Fibrin therapy as per Expertscape independent review. He has recently been awarded many recent international prizes in dentistry and is widely considered as one of the top contributors to implant dentistry having won the ITI Andre Schroeder Prize, the IADR Young Investigator of the Year in the field of Implant Dentistry as well as the IADR Socransky Research award in the field of Periodontology (2020). He has written 8 textbooks widely distributed in regenerative dentistry including his best-seller in 2021 titled “Understanding Platelet Rich Fibrin”.
Dr. Jack Piermatt
Dr. Jack Piermatti, a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry, completed a hospital-based residency program at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center of NJ, Implantology training at New York University, and his Prosthodontics specialty training at UMDNJ-NJ Dental School. He is an Associate Professor of Prosthodontics and Implantology at Nova Southeastern University and Rutgers University Dental Schools and is the Director of the Dental Implant Maxicourse at both schools.
As a clinician, Dr. Piermatti maintained a full-time, multi-specialty group practice in New Jersey for over 40 years, has contributed to the dental literature with multiple publications, has served as President of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry, as well as a Board Examiner, and is a nationally featured speaker on dental implant surgery and implant prosthodontics. He is double Board Certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry.

Dr. James L. Rutkowski
Dr. Rutkowski is orginally from Meadville, PA. He graduated from the Duquesne University School of Pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1972. He then earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburg School of Dental Medicine in 1976 and a PhD in Pharmacology from Duquesne University in 2008.
Dr. Rutkowski is a Dilpomate of the American Board of Implantology/Implant Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He is the Editor-In-Chief of the Journal of Oral Implantology and past president of the ABOI/ID.
Dr. Rutkowski has maintained a dental implant practice in Clarion, Pennsylvania for over 35 years.

Dr. Nathan Estrin
Dr. Nathan Estrin received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Indiana Universityfollowed by completing his D.M.D. degree at LECOM school of Dental Medicine inFlorida.Dr Estrin further specialized in Periodontology atStony Brook University, NewYork,where he not only enjoyed his 3 year residency program specialized in implantsand periodontal regenerative therapy but also developed a passion for research andcontributing to the field. During his residency training, he published numerous articlesrelated to implant dentistry, peri-implantitis and has contributed key research articlesand book chapters related to the use of lasers in periodontology/implant dentistry.Today, Dr Estrin is a board certified periodontist working in private practice inSarasotaFlorida yet maintains a strong interest in continuing his research and teaching endeavorsdespite being a full-time clinician. In 2023, his groundbreaking research utilizing theextended-PRF membranes were recognized as some of the most novel publications inthe field of autologous platelet concentrates and he was awarded the distinguishedscientist of the year award recognized by Advanced PRF Education. In 2024, Dr Estrinwas asked to contribute to several articles in Periodontology 2000; the number 1 rankingdental journal, for contributions related to his use of extended-PRF membranes, as wellas findings related to the use of PRF for intrabony/furcation defects. Furthermore, hecontributed as first author a series of articles in Periodontology 2000 on thegroundbreaking use of exosomes in regenerative dentistry and medicine. Today Dr. Estrinremain an adjunct facultyat LECOM School of dental medicine and a lead educator forPRFedu where heenjoys helping offices learn key features to more recenttechnologiesincludingPRF, Lasers,exosomesandtheir incorporation inmodernimplant dentistry andperiodontal therapy.
Dr. Anton Sculean
Anton Sculean is professor and chairman of the Department of Periodontology and currently the Executive Director of the School of Dental Medicine, University of Berne, Switzerland. Professor Sculean has been a recipient of many research awards. He received honorary doctorates (Dr. h.c.) from the Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary and from the Victor Babes University in Timisoara, Romania and has authored more than 300 articles in peer-reviewed journals, 30 chapters in periodontal textbooks and has delivered more than 450 lectures at national and international meetings.
Professor Sculean serves on the editorial board of more than 12 dental journals, among others Journal of Dental Research, Journal of Clinical Periodontology, Clinical Oral Implants Research, Journal of Periodontal Research and Clinical Advances in Periodontics and is Associate Editor of Quintessence International, Clinical Oral Investigations, Section Editor of BMC Oral Health and Editor in Chief of Oral Health and Preventive Dentistry. Professor Sculean served from 2009-2010 as president of the Periodontal Research Group of the IADR, is past president of the Swiss Society of Periodontology, the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP) and the International Academy of Periodontology (IAP). He is board member of the Osteology Foundation and of the Workshop Committee of the EFP.
Dr. Adam Foleck
Dr. Adam Foleck received his undergraduate education at the University of North Carolina at ChapelHill, and his dental training from Temple University School of Dentistry, where he graduated in 1997.Dr. Foleckis dedicated to providing patients with exceptional care, combining a gentle hand with thelatest in dental technology!Dr. Adam Foleck is a prominent physician based in the USA, known for his expertise in the field ofinternal medicine and cardiology. With a commitment to patient-centered care and innovativetreatment approaches, Dr. Foleck has made significant contributions to the medical community. Dr. David Wong
David Wong, DDS currently resides and practices in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Wong founded his continuing education company, the Tulsa Institute, in 2005 as a way to provide Oklahoma dentists (and his referring doctors) with quality CE and technical training. He is a 2000 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology he has published several technical articles in journals such as Inside Dentistry, Dentistry Today, Dental-Town, and Contemporary Esthetics. His periodontal marketing strategies were also published in AAP News in December, 2009. By combining his experience in periodontics with his experience in referral-based marketing, Dr. Wong has appeared in mainstream media such as Fox News, Doctor’s Digest, Woman’s World, American Express, All You, and the Wall Street Journal. Since 2009, he has also been featured in two books on marketing: Secrets of Peak Performers by Dan S. Kennedy, and The Wall Street Journal.
Dr. Daniel J Domingue
Dr. Daniel Domingue was born and raised in Lafayette, LA. He graduated from St. Thomas More in 1999 and went on to receive his Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and his DDS degree from the LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans. While spending three years in advanced training at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in New York City, he served as Chief Resident of the Dental and Oral Surgery Department. His training included one year in Advanced General Dentistry and two years in Dental Implantology. After practicing for three years in Lake Charles, Dr. Domingue accepted an offer from his uncle, Dr. Smith, to become a partner in his practice. This proved to be a great opportunity for him and his family to move back home as well as to join his uncle's practice and carry on a tradition established more than 30 years ago.
During these years, he was awarded the Certificate of Achievement from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry for outstanding leadership in Implant Dentistry, a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and an Associate Fellowship of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Domingue was also awarded Diplomate from the American Board of Oral Implantology, the highest award possible for a general dentist practicing implantology. He was also recognized as the youngest recipient of this award in the entire world. Dr. Domingue was later given a Mastership and Diplomate award from the International Congress of Oral Implantology for his outstanding work in Implant Dentistry. Dr. Domingue is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the Acadiana District Dental Association. He is also an active member of the American Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Cory Glenn
Dr. Glenn graduated from University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry. Following graduation, he completed the Lutheran Medical Center’s advanced program in general dentistry at the UT Memphis branch. He is a graduate of the Georgia MaxiCourse in Implant Dentistry, the American Orthodontic Society’s Comprehensive Ortho Program, and is credentialed as an Associate Fellow in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He has served as the CE director for the TN AGD and as president and CE director of the Middle TN Dental Study Club. Dr. Glenn is also one of the founders of Blue Sky Bio Academy, the online learning center. For several years, Dr. Glenn ran a private practice in Winchester, TN where he performed all disciplines of dentistry with a particular focus on utilizing technology and innovative techniques to provide treatment in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Dr. Glenn is the VP of Technology for Blue Sky Bio, the leading innovator in implant technology, where he focuses on product and software development as well as clinical customer support.  He speaks extensively about CAD/CAM, cone beam technology, guided dental implants, dental photography, digital smile design, complete dentures, and complex full-mouth rehabilitation.
Dr. Shankar Iyer
Dr. Iyer graduated with honors from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1994 and went on to pursue graduate studies in Prosthodontics from the same University. He taught as a clinical Assistant Professor for several years at NYU’s department of Post Graduate Prosthodontics. Currently he holds two appointments in the departments of Periodontics and Prosthodontics at Rutgers’ University Dental School, New Jersey.Dr. Iyer is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He has lectured in over 30 countries and presented at over 150 symposia in Implant Dentistry and Prosthodontics.He has several publications in peer-reviewed journals and mentors graduate residents to present posters and table clinics. Dr. Iyer is uniquely qualified to perform both the surgical and restorative phases of implant dentistry.He is the Director of the prestigious AAID Implant Maxicourse held in Asia with centers in Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, New Delhi, Bangalore and Sri Lanka. He co-directs these courses in Las Vegas and at Rutgers, New Jersey. Dr. Iyer has taught and trained over 3000 dentists from around the world.His treatment recommendations are based on accurate diagnosis and a thorough evaluation of his patient’s needs. His customized and personalized plans are all evidence-based and provide for contingencies.His services for the American Academy of Implant Dentistry earned him the recognition as an “Honored Fellow”. Dr. Mark Bishara
Dr. Mark Bishara completed his undergraduate studies in medical biophysics, at the University of Western Ontario and was a gold medal recipient as top graduate of his program. He went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry. Since graduating, he practices in the Durham region with a focus on digital workflow, dental implants, bone grafting material regeneration and tissue regeneration. He currently collaborates with members of the Miron Lab in the United States on tissue regeneration utilizing Platelet Rich Fibrin(PRF). He is a published author on PRF, immediate dental implants and clinical applications. Most recently, he authored a chapter on Partial Extraction Therapy (PET): Single tooth to full arch applications in the best-selling “Modern Implant Dentistry” Textbook released by Quintessence Publishing. He is the President and founder of the Canadian Implant Dentistry Network (CIDN), Canada’s largest dental community.
Marcus Hines
Marcus Hines is the Director of Full Arch Solutions for BioHorizons Implant Systems, Inc. where he promotes the TeethXpress full arch immediate load services and provides practice marketing coaching to BioHorizons clients that are designed to target, attract and increase patient acceptance for full-arch dental implant-supported procedures. Prior to his current marketing position, for more than a decade Mr. Hines excelled as a dental implant sales representative, earning him such accolades as Rookie of the Year, President’s Club, and Highest Total Implant Sales of the Year awards. Mr. Hines is the author of the book Marketing Implant Dentistry, the only marketing book of its kind released by a major publisher (Wiley-Blackwell); released October 2015.
